Motorola Mobility has appointed Amit Boni as General Manager of India. In this role, he will lead the team across the country and be responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy.

Our products are doing extremely well and with Amit’s extensive market experience and a rich perspective on the segment, we will continue to grow in India. The India market is absolutely critical to Motorola and Amit's appointment into this role is testament to that,' said Magnus Ahlqvist, Corporate Vice-President, EMEA and APAC at Motorola Mobility.

Amit’s first assignment was with Microland, Bangalore. After completing his MBA from MDI Gurgaon, he joined EVS and Honeywell from 2004 to 2010 his key responsibility in the organization was involved in work on strategic planning and strategic marketing. In early 2010, Amit joined Motorola Mobility taking charge of GTM strategy and sales operations for the Asia region of Motorola. |
