  The much awaited HTC Desire 816 has finally been launched in India for Rs. 23,990. It is currently listed on Infibeam for Rs. 24,450 and Rs. 24,999 on Flipkart.
The HTC Desire 816 has a 5.5 inch HD IPS display and an impressive 13 mega pixel rear camera. It has an impressive 5 mega pixel front facing camera and a 13 megapixels rear camera. It has 1.5GB RAM and 8GB internal storage with expandable memory of up to 128GB using microSD card.
It is a dual SIM smartphone and is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor. It supports HSPA+ connectivity along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0 radios. It runs on the Android KitKat operating system with HTC’s Sense UI with the BlinkFeed interface.
The handset was first showcased in the Indian market at least several weeks ago. This is also believed to be the best Desire device.
