Micromax, on Thursday launched its new tablet Canvas Tab P666 in the Indian market for Rs. 10,999. Micromax has partnered with Intel to introduce this tablet. The Canvas Tab P666 is Micromax’s first Intel-based tablet and will be available from November 29.

Micromax Canvas Tab P666 features an 8 inch WXGA IPS display with 1200 x 800 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Intel Atom Processor Z2520 with 1GB RAM. It is a single-SIM tablet and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. It comes with 5 megapixels rear autofocus camera along with 2 megapixels front camera.
It comes with 8 GB of internal storage and is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. For connectivity it includes - GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and Micro-USB. It is power backed with a 4400 mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 325 hours of standby time. It also sports light sensors, proximity sensors, gravity sensors, motion sensors and accelerometer. |
