mCarbon, on Wednesday announced that it has facilitated the technology for Reliance Communication (RCOM)’s “Talkloan” Service - a credit facility that enables its users to make urgent and important calls when they run out of account balance.
“mCarbon has been relentlessly working towards adding value to a customer experience by enabling revolutionary services like Talkloan, which cater to those in need. The service while being designed to put the telecom operators back into the centre of prepaid user’s lives, leverages on deep consumer analytics and usage patterns to enhance customer service and drive revenues from increased usage,” said Rajesh Razdan, Co-founder and CEO, mCarbon.
Recently launched for RCOM’s pre-paid GSM subscribers across all its circles in the country, Talk Loan service will provide it’s users with an instant loan of INR 5 or INR 10, which can be availed of when the balance dips below INR 10. Subscribers have to dial *141# for the service and to select the denomination and start using the services for voice and data immediately. |
