 Idea Cellular announced a 9.5 % increase in stand alone profits at Rs 303 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. Revenues increased 44.1 % to Rs 2,862.6 crore.
On a consolidated basis, it reported a marginal decline of 0.8 per cent in net profit to Rs 274.3 crore (Rs 276.7 crore). Revenues for the quarter were up by 47.8 per cent to Rs 2,935.6 crore (Rs 1,985.3 crore).
It may be remembered that the firm had posted a dip in net profit by 7 % in Q3. |
