Nuance Communications announced that it has come up with a new technical certification program for its partners through Nuance Speech University.

“As enterprises look for ways to leverage existing assets and help with their bottom line, optimizing every dollar spent, Nuance Speech University will allow our partners to provide peace of mind to their customers,” said Thomas Shepherd, Nuance VP Global Partners and Channels. “Offering technical certification courses and exams will extend the benefits through the value chain from the enterprise to the employee implementing the Nuance speech solution. We feel this is a natural extension of our value proposition.”

Nuance said that technicians of Avaya, Genesys, Intervoice/Convergys, Holly Connects and SwampFox have made use of the certification program.
