The Supreme Court issued a notice to RCom following a petition filed by MTNL in which the state-run PSU has alleged that RCom had tampered with the calling line identification in a completely unlawful manner in 2004-2005.

MTNL has also sought transfer of RCom''s petition which is pending before the TDSAT. MTNL wants this petition to be clubbed with another RCom plea pending before the SC.
