Nortel announced enhancing its suite of advanced services and software-based solutions offered to enterprises which are also capable of supporting multi0vendor environments, says the company.

As part of this, the company has enhanced its Agile Communication Environment and Media Processing Server as well as expanding the global reach of its Contact Center 7.0.
