Sify Technologies on Wednesday rolled out its Managed Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Managed Internet Service under the Cisco Managed Services Channel Program (MSCP).
The service, which is the first of the set of Managed Services that Sify Technologies intends to launch over the next two years, will see the rendering of world-class solutions with end-to-end service assurance to enterprises for their business critical networks, claims the tie-up.
“Our aim is to move beyond network management to offer and provide converged application services on business critical networks as an end to end managed services provider for Indian enterprises,” said PJ Nath, executive president, Enterprise Services, Sify Technologies.
The service launch includes a Tier 1 certification from Cisco for their MPLS network and service offerings.
The move forms a part of Sify’s larger strategy of migrating from TDM to IP based network services and introduce a full suite of managed services for enterprise businesses.
Over the next two years, Sify will start offering managed IP based services in a phased manner. And these services are believed to allow enterprises outsource some of their most important IP communication services with complete investment protection and scalability, revealed the company. |
