BSNL appoints IMRB to study reasons for drop in fixedline connections

BSNL has appointed research firm, IMRB to undertake a research and identify reasons for the drop in fixedline connections witnessed in the recent few years.

 

A BSNL internal study highlights that the main reasons for falling landline BSNL connections are surrender of excess telephones, increased use of mobiles, unsatisfactory service, competition and economic factors.
