Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) will implement a SAP-based platform to consolidate its various business processes under a single platform enabling TTSL to leverage SAP’s preconfigured global best practices to address state specific requirements across the country.

As part of the project, TTSL will implement SAP ECC 6.0 solution which incorporates the Netweaver platform. SAP says that the solution will allow TTSL to harmonize data across operations, sales and finances and enable end to end management of products, assets, distribution and customer needs.

TTSL presently leverages from SAP Business Intelligence solution as well as SAP HCM and hence the implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 is expected to provide a complete approach to the firm.
