BSNL says it has bid for Millicom’s Sri Lankan operations

BSNL CMD Kuldeep Goyal stated that the firm has indeed bid for the Sri Lankan operations of Millicom International Cellular S.A.

BSNL is also in talks on whether to accept the offer to join a consortium which has recently acquired stake in Zain.
