 Dalmia Group subsidiary, Caretel Infotech claimed a new two year customer services call centre contract from MTNL Mumbai. The contract is for providing customer services in multiple languages.
Additional responsibilities include to oversee inbound customer care billing support, outbound calling for lead generation, telemarketing & billing remainders.
Caretel replaces Omnia BPO which till now was offerings its services to MTNL Mumbai. |
