Ahead of IPO, Reliance Infratel discloses that group firms’ collective losses in 2008-9 at Rs 1,325 crore

Reliance Infratel which has filed for IPO with SEBI has disclosed in its filing that 61 of its group entities have collective losses of Rs 1,325 crore for the fiscal year 2008-09.

Subsidiary Flag Telecom has posted losses of Rs 242.71 crore, Vanco ROW Rs 179.29 crore, Reliance Telecom Rs 174.29 crore, Reliance BIG TV Rs 84.24 crore, Reliance WiMAX World BVI Rs 54.65 crore and Reliance WiMAX World BV Rs 39.08 crore.
