Business Communications solution provider, Avaya and France Telecom subsidiary, Orange Business Services India joined hands to tap the market for Unified Communications within the Enterprise segment.
“Avaya and Orange Business Services are among the largest players in the Indian market. Our collaboration will help us extend across all vertical industries, tapping those that we have not yet reached. This relationship will help customers implement advanced communications applications and services to make the most of their existing investments, lower the risk associated with migrating to new technology and simplify sourcing by reducing the number of external suppliers through a single, global point of contact,” said Jangoo Dalal, Managing Director, Avaya India.
“Global businesses today face the challenge of reducing costs while increasing productivity. While the Internet has enabled companies to provide anytime, anywhere access to employees, security and reliability remain important areas of concern. The new collaboration between Orange Business Services and Avaya will empower enterprises to use communication tools effectively. We will offer multiple solutions that promise to improve business functions, reduce costs, and optimize the customer relationship,” added Sanjay Vig, Chief Executive Officer, Orange Business Services India.
