Oracle today released a new version 7.4 of its Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management solution with new features and pre-built integration.
Oracle says that the new version will help service providers spanning the communications, media and other service providers to deliver differentiated customer experiences. Customer management capabilities, offering expanded pricing, billing & invoicing functionality and enhancing data accessibility are some of the areas which are addressed by the solution.
The solution also supports Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Transferred Account Procedure (TAP), Returned Account Procedure (RAP), Diameter, Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) are the technological standards supported by the software.
