 ZTE Corp claims it managed a rise in handset sales by 38% for Q3 09 on a yoy comparison with 14.2 million shipments.
The handset business vertical accounted for 25 % of the company’s total revenues for the quarter.
ZTE has gained from supplying TD-CDMA handset U210 with commands 27.4% market share in the segment and from a one million 3G handset contract for China Telecom. It also bagged a 340,000 contract from China Unicom. |
