Teracom bags Rs 40 cr BSNL 3G data card order

Teracom bagged a Rs 40 crore order from BSNL towards supplying 3G data cards supporting data speeds of 3.6-7.2 Mbps.

 

“Teracom has bagged an order of Rs 40 crore and has been declared the winner of an open tender for providing the 3G data card to BSNL. The total quantity will be 2.25 lakh for USB (dongle type) data cards,” said the company.

 

“Our R&D team has been continuously working and developed such a high speed, advanced functions and an extremely low-cost 3G data card. We are at a very advanced stage to supply these dongles to other telecom operators too,” Teracom Senior Vice President (Corporate Business) Mr Puneet Jain said.
