RCom’s BIG TV to premiere Kurbaan and Wanted

Reliance Communications (RCom) DTH arm, BIG TV has lined up popular Bollywood flicks Kurbaan and Wanted as part of its New Year offerings under its pay-per-view (PPV) bouquet.

Kurbaan is owned by UTV Software while Wanted is owned by Star. The films will be shown on a revenue sharing basis with these firms. Kurbaan will be available for Rs 100 while Wanted will be available for Rs 75.

Umesh Rao, Senior Vice-President, Reliance BIG TV said, “We believe in offering latest content on the PPV platform to our subscribers. Wanted & Kurbaan are two new releases this year & a definite treat for our subscribers during the festive period of Christmas & New Year. In addition, we are also running a Christmas special on our platform wherein customers buying any PPV get a complimentary kid pack too.”
