Infinite Computer subsidiary and Motorola to continue licence agreement related to messaging solutions

Infinite Computer Solutions said that its subsidiary, Infinite Convergence Solutions will continue its business association with Motorola to develop and support Motorola's software-enabled short message service and multi-media messaging service solutions.

The subsidiary will reproduce and prepare derivative works of the based licence product for developing an application product and related services to be sold as a licensed implementation to Motorola, its clients and third parties.

The business model is based on a revenue-share basis.

Infinite says that it estimates its share of revenue per year in the new fiscal to be around $ 20 million to be doubled to $ 40 million in a year.

The company reported net profit of Rs 20.44 crore at a sequential rise of 22.3%. Revenues however declined to 2.8% to Rs 160.90 crore.
