MTNL inducts three new independent directors on company’s board

MTNL announced that it has inducted three new independent directors on the company’s board with effect from March 29, 2010.

 

The three new directors are Mr Rajan Saxena Vice Chancellor of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Vijay Aggarwal Professor at MDI in Gurgaon and TR Narayanaswami, Retired Chairman of Bank of India.

 

MTNL also informed that J S Deepak, the government nominee director on its board, ceased to be a director from March 29, 2010 and no replacement has been made so far.
