Unified next generation OSS solutions provider, Clarity today announced the appointment of Tony Garcia as Vice President Global New Business & Alliances. Garcia joins Clarity from HP & EDS where he served as Head of Business Transformation, EMEA.

Garcia has also worked with Telcordia and BSkyB in the past.
