Australia-based unified telecommunications solution provider, Clarity was awarded the 2010 Telecom OSS Vendor of the Year in Asia-Pacific region by Frost & Sullivan.
“2009 was a highly successful year for Clarity. At a time when many service providers cut down on CAPEX, Clarity grew its revenues by 50 percent. The company saw major wins across Asia-Pacific, particularly from telcos in Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India and Australia,” said Frost & Sullivan senior industry analyst Adeel Najam. “Clarity has clearly demonstrated innovation by releasing a Network Rollout and Asset Logistics Suite to extend coverage of its Unified OSS into Strategy Infrastructure Planning.
“The company provides a pre-integrated OSS network and service management solution across multiple network technologies, both legacy and NGN (Next-Generation Networks), in support of multiple products and services. It experienced significant adoption for the Clarity Marketplace solution which it delivered as SaaS (software-as-a-service). Its customers also use the Clarity Infrastructure Management solution to facilitate the automation of network engineering logistics to enable flexible definition of telecom installation rules optimised network rollouts,” Najam added. |
