Hyderabad-based IT product development firm, Tangent Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Telecommunication Consultants India Limited (TCIL).

"The partnership will enable both of us to frame a go-to-market strategy to expand domestic and global business," said TCIL chairman and managing director RK Upadhyay.
