Nokia has entered into a partnership with Vodafone India to offer an integrated billing solution on the Nokia Music Store. With this, Nokia Music Store has become the first independent music store in the country to offer integrated operator billing along with billing via credit cards and vouchers.
This marks a big step forward towards broadening monetization and strengthening the music ecosystem in India.
Vodafone users can now renew their Nokia Music subscription for Rs. 50 with validity of 7 days. For Rs. 99, they get a validity of 30 days, and Rs. 250 for 90 days validity. Customers will be charged for taxes and data usages separately. Postpaid Vodafone users can pay for the subscription renewal as part of their monthly phone bills. Prepaid users can have amount deducted from their prepaid balance.
