EAFT Technologies, a Bangalore based end to end Product & Solutions Company, has launched its 3rd generation tablets as part of its Destiny line - D90T and D70P.
 
WorldSpace will be launched on D90T and D70P as an on-demand Music Service and this will be the first time that WorldSpace would be made available as a service on Smart Devices.
 
WorldSpace application will come pre-embedded on D90T and D70P. The unique feature of this offering is that the users can download WorldSpace programs on EAFT Destiny tablets and listen to them as per their convenience unlike internet radio which streams music only in real-time.
 
A total of 72 hours of music across 12 channels is available for consumption on a daily basis through this service. This content is refreshed daily and is DRM protected to avoid piracy. This is the first time that WorldSpace is available as a downloadable service.
 
The company said that D90T is the first of its kind 9.7” IPS display on Android 4.0 that provides optimum viewing in landscape and portrait modes. The IPS panel offers vivid and clear pictures while displaying consistent and accurate colour from all viewing angles.
 
The D90T utilizes this display capability to the fullest as it can play full HD 1080p content, and has an HDMI port to be able to display the content on bigger screens. Powered by a 1.6 GHz Dual Core Cortex A9 processor, it has a range of ports to extend the hard drive capacity to using accessories with the tablet. In addition, it gives a prolonged battery life of 8hrs of continuous video playback with an 8000 mAH battery. 

The D70P is a compact, powerful 7” tablet that has built in 3G (Data+Voice) providing universal connectivity regardless of location. With a best-in-class 1024x600 HD IPS panel display, this device is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A9 processor. The D70P comes with HDMI, USB, extendable memory card slot and a powerful 4000 mAH battery for hours of entertainment. D70P is also enabled with Wifi, Bluetooth, and GPS

Both the D90T, D70P tablets have pre-embedded WorldSpace application which is FREE for the first six months of service. The WorldSpace application is also available on the Google Play Store for download on other Android Tablets and Smartphones (service will be available for free for one month in non-EAFT devices). It also includes an application, Smart Office that can create, read and edit MS Office documents such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint in addition to a host of other applications.
