Acer, on Monday has launched the Iconia A1 713 tablet in India for Rs. 12,999. The Acer Iconia A1-713 tablet supports a single SIM card and has a voice calling feature and 3G connectivity.
Acer Iconia A1-713 sports a 7 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. It runs the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box, however, Acer has promised an Android 4.4 KitKat update in the future. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 1GB RAM. The Iconia A1-713 comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable using microSD card.
It sports a 2 megapixel rear camera and also boasts a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera. For connectivity it includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. It packs a 3400 mAh battery and comes in Silver colour.

Acer introduced the Iconia A1-713 and Iconia A1-713HD tablet in the US back in April. In May, the company announced its Iconia Tab 8 tablet ahead of the Computex event. Apart from the Iconia Tab 8, Acer also launched five new smartphones, and a new smartband. These are the Acer Liquid E700, Acer Liquid E600, Acer Liquid Z200, Acer Liquid X1, and Acer Liquid Jade smartphones, and the Liquid Leap smartband. |
