Intex, on Thursday launched the new Aqua GenX smartphone in the Indian market for Rs. 13,299. It will be sold through offline retailers. The device comes in Silver and Champagne colour variants.

Intex Aqua GenX features a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and comes with DragonTrail glass coating. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and is upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The device is powered by 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with 2GB RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to 128GB using microSD card.
 
Aqua GenX sports a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera for selfie. The device is power backed by a 2800 mAh battery and ensures a day-long of its usage. For connectivity, Intex Aqua GenX includes - dual-SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, and Wi-Fi among various other features. The second SIM slot works as a microSD card slot too. The device also offers 21 regional languages including Hindi.
