Monster's Arun Tadanki to Head Yahoo India as new MD

Yahoo India announced the appointment of Arun Tadanki as the new Managing Director of the company.

 

In his new role, Arun will be responsible for strengthening Yahoo''s position in the Indian market and also to oversee the company's business in the Indian subcontinent, Middle East and Africa.

 

He will be based out of New Delhi and will report to Keith Nilsson, Sr.VP Emerging markets.

 

“Yahoo! India is on a winning streak with more users coming to our site every day to start their Internet experience,” said Nilsson. “I’m confident Arun’s leadership and solid experience across a broad range of business disciplines will usher in a new era of even more success for Yahoo! in India and the region. We’re thrilled to have him on board.”

 

Arun joins Yahoo from Monster.com where he was the President Asia-Pacific & Middle East. He is an IIT-IIM pass out.
