VAS provider OnMobile Global Limited has partnered with Spain’s Telefonica International to offer an array of value added services to the company’s customers in 13 Latin American countries.

The agreement, which will cover over 130 million subscribers, will see OnMobile rendering specialized VAS equipment required to deploy these services and also manage the services for Telefonica on a Managed Services basis.

While not stating the value and the time span of the contracts, OnMobile said it will invest more than $50 million over the period of these contracts.

Telefonica, the third largest telecom operator in the world based on subscribers, has presence in multiple countries in Europe, Latin America.
