  SSTL’s MTS today announced the launch of a new scheme for subscribers in Kerala for the upcoming Onam festival in the state
The two new plans launched and branded as MSaver 98 and MSaver 199 offer subscribers in the circle 1st free on all local calls with subsequent charges from 2nd minute at 49 paise per minute.
Announcing the plans, Mr. Srinirao Saripalli, Chief Operating Officer, Kerala & Tamil Nadu, Sistema Shyam TeleServices, said "On the auspicious occasion of Onam, we welcome the spirit of festivity and celebration with an incredible value proposition for our customers in Kerala. As in the past, we look forward to seeing a large number of customers draw value the from the innovative ‘MSaver 98’ & ‘MSaver 199’ offerings of MTS.” While the carnival of Onam continues for ten days in Kerala, our special Onam offer will continue to add festive fervor to the lives of MTS subscribers for full 6 months, added Mr. Saripalli.
The validity of MSaver 98 and Msaver 199 vouchers are 30 days and 180 days respectively. The two vouchers can also be combined with MCard499,Msaver51 and MSaver 149 voucher as the subscribers will be automatically moved back to respective current tariff plans subscribed by them.
STD calls will be charged Re.1 per minute while local and national SMS to be charged 50 paise per SMS and international SMS at Rs5 per SMS.
