Reliance Infratel may bag another contract from Aircel
TT Bureau |  |  01 Sep 2009

Relince Infratel appears to be on the verge of setting a new high on the tenancy ration as the firm is reported to be in talks with Aircel for infrastructure sharing. Just recently Reliance Infratel has forged deals with Etisalat and S Tel.

With Aircel the talks are speculated to be for towers, voice carriage and bulk bandwidth.

For Aircel the outsourcing move is considered to be an attempt to reduce expenditure. The deal is estimated to be worth Rs 1500 crore.
