Etisalat announced signing a memorandum of understanding with Qualcomm towards increased cooperation in several projects and issues related to the wireless industry. Mobily CEO Khalid Al Kaf and Qualcomm’s Chairman & CEO, Paul Jacobs singed the MoU at Qualcomm’s San Diego HQ.

Qulacomm will provide assistance to Mobily in areas such as WCDMA, HSPA, device specification and other training services for Mobily personnel.
