Sparsh emerges as lowest bidder for BSNL’s BPO contract

Intelenet Global Services arm, Sparsh BPO emerged as the lowest bidder for BSNL’s BPO contract with a bid of Rs 1.15 per call or Rs 250 crore for five years, reports the Business Line.

Other contenders for the contract included MphasiS, Spice BPO and Spanco BPO. Spice BPO was the second lowest bidder at bid of Rs 1.50 per call while Spanco bid Rs 1.57 per call and Mphasis Rs 3.20 per call.
