Private University, Sharda University has selected Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solutions towards building an IT system which will support 3,000 users initially covering students, employees and external stakeholders.

The solution will be implemented by Citagus India Pvt. Ltd. which specializes in implementing Oracle PeopleSoft solutions.

The IT system will cover the university’s complete student lifecycle, back office operations including human resources, payroll, inventory, purchasing and asset management.

Oracle says with the implementation of the system, Sharda University will be able to reduce time taken to recruit employees, reduce IT management effort, reduce paper and other direct costs, improve employee productivity, and also increase visibility into operations and inventory.
