Vodafone Essar emerged as the mobile operator with highest Quality of Service (QoS) ratings in TRAI’s latest report for Karnataka. The operator achieved accessibility rate of 99.03% with call drop rates of 0.98% and 98.28% rate of calls with good voice quality. Moreover the report says that the company achieved 100% in resolution of billing and charging.
