Contact Centre solution provider CosmoCom and Tata Communications bagged a new contract from S Tel towards providing on-demand hosted contact centre (InstaCC) services to the operator’s operations in Bihar & Jharkhand, Odisha and Himachal Pradesh.
The alliance will make use of CosmoCall Universe solution for contact centre services. The InstaCC services is an end-to-end IP solution promising to provide consolidation for centrally managed multi-site contact centres.
