BSNL announced data plans for iPad with Wi- Fi and 3G. The data plans are available for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

“We are thrilled to provide data plans for iPad in India,” said Shri Gopal Das, CMD, BSNL. “Our customized plan for iPad users will ensure users experience the best 3G and data services while enjoying iPad on BSNL’s high-speed network.”

For prepaid customers, there are 3 different plans namely unlimited monthly plan which offers free data usage for 30 days at Rs 999, limited monthly plan at Rs. 599 which gives upto 6 GB free data usage for 30 days and a daily plan of Rs. 99 which gives unlimited free data usage with one day validity respectively.

BSNL has introduced one plan for it’s postpaid customers namely, unlimited monthly plan at Rs. 999 plus service tax and activation charges of Rs. 100 plus service tax which offers free data usage for 30 days.
