Buoyed by the success of the budget tablets in India, Videocon is coming out with another affordable tab Videocon VT75C. The tablet which runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) has already appeared on ecommerce sites. The device is priced at Rs. 5,965.
Two ecommerce portals such as Infibeam and Flipcart have listed this tablet which has VT75C comes with 7-inch LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with 800x480p resolution.
The device is powered by a 1GHz processor along with 512MB of RAM and has 4GB of internal storage. This capacity is expandable up to 32GB.
It come fitted with a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options include voice calling support, Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, HDMI and USB 2.0.
Other features include Notepad, Media Library, Skype, Games, Facebook, TOI, ET, Saavn, YouTube, Movie Studio, Google Talk and Instant Messaging. Videocon VT75C comes with a 3,000mAh battery.
In January Videocon Mobiles launched an Android 4.0 ICS new tablet - Videocon VT71. Priced at Rs 4,799, the device has a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800x480 pixels.
The VT71 comes with 4GB ROM, 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, front VGA camera and an expandable memory up to 32 GB. It also includes a 3.5mm audio jack, an HDMI Out port with free HDMI and OTG Cable, micro USB Support and 3G support via Dongle.
